Professional service during delivery and quick installation.

The Delivery guys are Fantastic, they put the bottles right where we ask them to. Very nice guys. An area for improvement would be the ordering process. Have yet to get the online system to work. Calling seems to switch from an automated system to an operator at a call center somewhere where the phone lines are sketchy.

I was late because I went to the old address. Someone should take down the old signage. Patty still took me in and was very thorough in explaining everything. She answered all my questions and addressed my few concerns. I left the office feeling comfortable about using this machine. The office was clean and the people at the front desk were polite and courteous.

My replacement portable oxygen tank was delivered on time. Reginal was friendly.
