Company is nothing short of infuriating. Outsourced calls to Indian Terrible automated phone system Unhelpful customer service Rented a cpap machine from them and received absolutely zero help in fixing any dilemmas I had with the system. They were prompt to bill me however!

My mother is in assisted living in Maryland. An excellent assisted living team and CEO of her facility plus myself have been on the phone, spent much time providing what was asked for and still 2 months later, no hospital bed or other supplies. I am most extremely disappointed in this company and will not be dealing with them in the future. My mother has excellent high option PPO insurance. This company needs to get it together.
