Mr Hakim was friendly and polite. Equipment was exactly what I wanted

Great service this time. The first time I got machine I was not told of many of the features. I was explained more about my machine and fitted with a better mask. I was given more time to get to know why I was having problems with it. The first time the rep just rushed through things. I came with my wife because she was getting her machine. I learned more this time then the first time. I was very satisfied with the way things were done this time.

My walker was approved and delivered promptly and by a very nice gentleman.

All is good.

Seamless and easy delivery of a temporary concentrator hen I had to fly to a different stay. Delivery driver kept me up to date on delivery and pick up schedule as I was heading back home. It was perfect all the way.

very attentive and exscellence service helpful and courteous.

Anthony was very professional, but he was also very relatable. I am a new patient and still new to the equipment and technology, but the introduction and review today eased any concerns I had and has me more optimistic about this endeavor.

Shawna was very helpful taking care of my request and also my machine
