My experience with AdaptHealth has been very positive so far. Lee at ArrowCare explained what my pulmonologist ordered, answered all my questions and arranged for delivery of my oxygen equipment. She was extremely helpful. Michael Tatum, who delivered the equipment, was also very knowledgeable and thorough, walking me through and explaining how to operate everything. The monthly fee for the equipment and service is very reasonable.

I have been receiving (6) Freestyle Libre 3 and and an now receiving Libre 3+ always in a GIANT box without any packing (brown paper, bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts) so the sensors get bounced around by UPS. My requests for proper packaging when reordering have been ignored. Not properly packing and protecting sensitive sensors is an abysmal lack of professional customer service.

David is an asset to your company he took his time and was extremely helpful. Id recommend anyone to go there for their sleep apnea needs.

Alex Proctor was very helpful with explaining the equipment. Very friendly and funny!

Good experience made sure he was here on time brought everything in. It was ready to go showed me all the parts and pieces assembled it. Adjusted it the dues and the adults and suggestions of better to charge when it’s here and don’t let it go low extend your battery life Very good experience. All directions were clear and understood. The entire process was very easy and organized. The communication of what time the delivery would be was exceptional so I could plan around it. The delivery man Richard Reifsnyder also called me to make sure I knew he would be arriving soon. He was very nice and considerate when bringing everything in and explained everything in detail so I would understand how to function all of the equipment. I highly recommend this service and Richard!!!!!

I have literally been trying to contact Adapt Health since JUNE!! Nobody calls back, and if you opt to stay on the line for service, they disconnect. I have never had such bad customer service. I am trying to get a defective CPAP machine replaced or reprogrammed so that my doctor can help me. The machine is not recording my sleep activities so my doctor cannot make any determinations or recommendations to improve my health. My insurance company won't allow me to go to another company because it hasn't been 5 years so they won't cover another machine.....what do I do?
