Rob was very helpful. He was thoughtful and friendly. We went over the fact that I have secondary insurance as well as primary. I see the doctor soon and will know how much oxygen I may need--I feel as if this will be a short need--but I would say that ANYONE needing oxygen--especially if it is the first time and you are FRIGHTENED -should use this service. Rob really eased my nerves.

Samuel was super nice and professional. He made sure our equipment was correct and set up to her height. Definitely would recommend!

Good service on mostly dependable equipment. Did have one problem with a mattress that started leaking. Reuben went above and beyond to ensure my wife had a new mattress for the night. It required a late night of him. NO fault of his,problem was with scheduling and dispatch. Reuben did not leave my home until around 9:30 PM. He remained calm and pleasant the entire time.

Alex Donaldson was positive and attentive to all my needs and concerns. He listened to my health history and equipment issues from my previous supplier. He was able to then outfit me with the right equipment I have been needing for the last 2 years. I’m so very thankful for his attention, caring and professionalism! I’m glad and very grateful for this new supplier and Rep.

Thank you so much for your quick response to our issues with oxygen machine after hours. George talked to me as I followed his directions on trying to get faulty machine to work Then George was great showing me how to operate new machine which is a lot quieter than that other one.
