I was having issues with my CPAP machine so I contacted Alex Donaldson at Fletcher Medical Supplies in Jacksonville. He was very accommodating to get me in for a visit and he was able to resolve my problem. Alex is very knowledgeable in his field and explained everything to me as well as walked me through the steps of operating my CPAP and the app so that I can be fully educated in the machine that will, God willing, give me long lasting health. Alex is an amazing asset to your company who cares about his job and his patients and and as long as he is there, I will happily recommend your company.

I called after 5 the office was already closed but they said that someone would come buy to swap out my portable oxygen tank and she said it might be late at night. They came at 6:45. Wonderful service

Marcie was wonderful, she was very easy to talk to and made me feel more at ease trying the machine. She also explained everything very well

Very very explanatory and answers all questions.

Knowledgeable, great communication with driver for delivery.

Christian is such a respectful and caring young man. I love to see him come. He’s definitely a valuable employee for you company

The young lady who worked with me was knowledgeable and patient. She helped me choose a mask I feel I can be comfortable with. She had a great attitude.

Mandy was fantastic. My machine stopped working while I was sleeping. I was getting no help or response from anyone else. Mandy took charge and got me a rental machine and sent mine in to get fixed. I NEED my machine, I have a lung disease and stop breathing 16 times in an hour.
