I asked for a travel order for an oxygen concentrator to be sent to my son's home in Auburn AL for a vacation. Technician was perfectly on time and very friendly and helpful. Branch office employee, Phoenix City, AL, I believe her name was Amelia Halven, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond on several different calls, on several different days, to be sure every detail was correct! Thank you for outstanding service and allowing me to focus on other details of my vacation!

A walker was ordered & I received it within 2 hrs at the hospital. So I could go home. Thank you for your service.

The first appointment we had with Adapt Health was yesterday. Our only complaint was finding the store! There was ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OUTSIDE. WE WERE USING gPS to find the location, but went to both establishments on either side of the correct one. It did not even looked open. That’s the only reason why we would not give a 5⭐️ rating.

October 23rd 2025 the equipment was delivered to my room at Baptist south as promised and details were given instructions and also I received a phone call prior to the date to confirm a date and time very professional.

Noel took care of me as I needed to change the mask type. She explained perfectly why I was having problems and gave me options and her advice led to a great solution!

The receptionist is exceptional-kind and very patient!! Working with Toni is a pleasure!! She is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with!!
