Being billed for a machine we returned after being told we would not need to pay for machine and only the time we rented it for. Billed the wrong insurance company for months, and billed full price as if we were paying cash for the entire cost of machine even after trying to rectify it. When you speak with Adapt its a call center where individuals are hard to understand and their headsets cut in and out. We now have the AG involved due to the multiple calls, texts and e-mails. 12 months later they still have not billed the correct insurance company. AWFUL!!!

On time, pleasant attitude,adjusted my walker so it would be appropriate for my height.
