Prompt and accurate. Jess was punctual and very effective in explaining and demonstrating the use of the equipment delivered.

She was very polite and professional. She did everything possible to help solve the problem with my machine. She was very good and knowledgeable of the concentrator.

Customer service was horrible. I called twice within minutes and BOTH agents were rude and disinterested in helping me. The first was condescending and cold. The second was dry as day old bread and acted as if assisting me was a chore. I was calling THEM because was shipped the wrong supply item for my machine. I always show call center workers alot of grace, but this time was hard. The irony is that the calls are recorded for "training" so maybe they will use the 2 recordings to demonstrate how NOT to speak to your customers.

Very friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns about the mask.

I received my portable travel oxygen concentrator and was given step by step instructions on how to use it. All my questions were answered promptly and wish all my medical supplies were provided by this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a breathing medical devices. Thank you for such great service and making me feel like I am a valued customer.
