Jared was a great instructor. Jonathan and the new assistant were very welcoming. Both Jonathan and Jared dealt well with an obstinate individual that believed it was everybody's fault but their own. Thank you for the professional courtesy and the great instruction for the use of the medical cpap. Thx.

Jeff was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. It was clear he had genuine in helping his clients and providing a smooth transition to using a CPAP, and presented information in a clear and organized manner.

Hospital bed was delivered the day we needed it and picked back up right after we were through using it. Very pleasant delivery and pick up person. Phone person was also very personable.

John was very pleasant and greeted me at the front desk and got me checked in. Samantha was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood absolutely everything about my new unit before I left.
