My cat bite completely in two my oxygen tubing. Normally I can get some same or next day. Office lady put in an order saying be here in @3 days. I end up having to buy some online cause just a tooth hole I can tape, but in two pieces, not so much. Isn't repairable. What's s a person to do?? When I questioned she said it was because I didn't place oxygen order. So I gathered my empty canisters ordered them...could she have made this easier by a cancel or telling me upfront about this time lapse. Knowing the guys who deliver oxygen are super nice they go to the truck and get me a couple of tubing so I can breathe without part of my air leaking out through the tape. All in all appreciate Aerocare's kidness and efficient delivery of products.

Carlos has been my technician two times now.And although so far, all of your technicians are spectacular with customer care and support. Carlos is my man, he is not only very professional and courteous , he is understanding to your needs, and we'll do whatever he can to make it not only an easy transition of the hassle of the situation we find ourselves in, but a transition worth remembering. For me that say's alot. What a great asset he is for adapt health. Thank you carlos and god bless you and yours. Thank you all from AdaptHealth ,service has been hands down absolutely brilliant.
