The people were great but, I was not happy with the offering. The humidifier on Respironics CPAPs is flimsey, awkward to fill, and doesn't hold enough water. I brought it back because, the not enough water problem was exactly the problem with the Phillips CPAP I have. The addition of the akward problem is over the top.
