I just ordered a new CPA Machine, and it took almost two months to get it. The problem is that this is not the first time, five or six years ago, it was the same thing, which means nothing has changed, just got worse with the acquisition of the new company. Your employees blame the Doctor & Medicare, and the Doctor blames you guys. It's just a circle of blame, and meanwhile, we "The Customer" are the ones who get screw.

The presentation of instructions and guidance were explained in detail. Saul did an excellent job by making sure that all my questions and concerns were covered. He should actually receive a10 rating!

The front desk is not very welcoming. The tech was very polite and helpful however it did appear he was new. I was sent by my doctor to sample different tupes of Cpap masks. I repeatedly had to ask what was available and shown only one alternative. Also no one answers the phones- left two messages prior to visit.

You are always ready to fill my order,I don’t have to wait 2 or 3 days. Very polite employees with them being polite it make my day blessed

The technician was very friendly, and helpful. She explained everything well.

The new machine seems to work great. The therapist helped set up the machine so there were any questions.
