Alex was/is truly a great representative for Fletcher/Adapthealth. I was seen very timely and all questions answered perfectly and was given many choices. Great representative and experience.

The guy showing me the set up was nice but the office was dark and cluttered.

He was really good at explaining what the equipment was, the settings and how to put it together. he listened and addressed all my questions.

The information/education session made everything very understandable and much less overwhelming. The Tech presenting was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The rep at check-in was so kind and friendly. Even the rep on the phone who scheduled me was personable and kind throughout the process. Overall, a great experience this far!
