Great people in the office, but a ridiculous phone system that doesn't allow you to talk to the local office easily or at all, really. I gave up and drove over there (10 miles!). Some MBA must've thought that was a good idea. Penny wise, pound foolish.

When I picked up the oxygen machine I asked about the distilled water bottle was not there. The receptionist said this is a complete unit, which it is not. When I turn it on a yellow light does not turn off.

The five star rating applies ONLY to Shaun Smith the delivery driver. I had a good bit of difficulty replacing a continuous flow regulator for a conserving regulator to be used with C size oxygen tanks. Once I finally got a human being to get the order straight it came the next day.
