Gloria was very knowledgeable about this product. I had many questions and concerns about using a device like this and she calmed my concerns. Fitting went smooth and I left with confidence on how to use this device.

I am astonished that they claim general satisfaction. This company is to me less than a 1 for customer service. They were supposed to pick up an oxygen machine. They blew off appointments, lied, claimed they were there when the were not, and perhaps most outrageous is when I told them no one called, as my phone says the worker lied, no one even cared. I called corporate. They care even less. This company is disgusting. The date of experience should allow a range, but it of course does not.

I came in because my ASV Machine was loud and amplified breathing noises. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem and set me up on a replacement machine. This required inputting all my settings, which Mark somehow knocked out quickly. I was in and out with a new machine in 20 minutes.

It was on time and the person who delivered it was the nicest person I ever met. Give that man a raise 🙌
