Took delivery on the 5th of August. Excited to assemble and ride. Can't get the front wheel mounted. Pretty sure wrong axle. Tried calling customer service. All I get is a computer response. Now help what so ever. I give this product minus 3.

my ebike from actbest busted the spokes on my mars e bike there taken care of it takes time because there make for my bike from China it took time to get everything straight out but iam happy with the support I received I got my spokes there were right thank u actbest for make it right
