Good little bike for my 4'8" daughter. Product was damaged in shipping but they're helping me replace those parts. Overall good experience and my daughter seem happy.

Recently bought three bikes from them and had issues with two of the three. The first one came with vent fenders, and the seat was ripped. Second bike came in without issues and the third bike came in and the battery won’t charge. Have contacted them for eight days in a row now and they responded to me one time saying to call technical service, I asked them what the number to technical service was, and I never heard from them again I put a claim in with a Better Business Bureau to try to help being resolved these issues. I just wanna return the third bike and get my money back but haven’t heard back from the company and now I’m gonna be out of the window of returning and that’s when they will answer me. So so so pissed and so disappointed!!!

Awesome bike! We picked this 20" fat tire up after googling kids electric bike. Not sure if I would call this a kids bike, but our 11 year old loves it! Now he can join us on our ebike rides and passed us everytime we go up hill. Thing thing rocks! Went together with no issues and the first 25 miles have been great! My son asked me every 2 hours when we're going for the next bike ride! Lol.

The ebikes were exactly as they were described. They were easy enough to assemble. And they work wonderfully! We have been recommending them to our friends!
