This is a real review—I'm not being paid to write it. I had a few issues with my ActBest City Run bike: the throttle stuck and stayed after increasing speed, and the neck lock didn’t work properly because it wasn’t installed right. ActBest took care of me and made sure I got the help I needed. They do take a long time to respond to emails and calls, but they eventually make it right—so hang in there and reach out to customer service for any issues. They replaced my bike after I returned both keys and the battery. I also had to follow up several times to get the $15 coupon discount applied—they did it eventually, though I didn’t receive the free gift. Thanks, ActBest, for your customer service in the end.

I purchased a Cityone ST 2.0 and Cityone SO 2.0 combo e-bike package. Both e-bikes were well packaged and arrived quickly. I had a slight issue with one bike upon arrival but customer service has stepped up up to make this right. Thank you!

I've been really pleased with the amount of features that came with my Core ST e-bike. So far, it seems like a ton of value for the price, and I've had a blast zipping it around the neighborhood. Can't wait to use it for my work commute.

I've been riding my Actbest Mars folding e-bike for about a week now and I'm very impressed. Assembly was a little different from what I expected since the instructional video showed a slightly different model, but it was actually a lot simpler than I thought it would be. Once I figured out the bolts, it was smooth sailing. This bike is so much fun to ride! It's incredibly lightweight, yet it has the power to keep up with heavier e-bikes. As a heavier rider, I can easily reach 25 mph on flat ground and have even hit 28 mph going downhill. The cruise control feature is one of my favorites—it's a total game-changer for a smooth ride. I love the bright orange color I chose for better visibility on the road. I've been using it for quick trips to the store and plan to add a front rack soon. Finally, the customer service has been excellent. Every time I've had a question, they've responded very quickly. For the price and performance, you really can't beat this bike. I'll definitely be recommending it to others.
