The support from this company has been amazing. They were very responsive when we needed help and they really stand behind their product. There are also a lot of videos to help various adjustments of their e-bike.

I am so delighted with the Ebike that I purchased. It was Affordable and shipped to my house within week. When I needed to contact Customer service they responded in a timely manner. The make and model is built very well durable and manageable. I highly recommend this bike to everyone.

Warning: AVOID Actbest. My bike took over a month to arrive and showed up missing a bolt, making it completely unusable. Customer service is a nightmare—slow 3–5 day replies, no help, and now they want me to send a full video of the entire bike just to get a simple bolt. Total waste of time and money. Plenty of other companies sell the same bikes with better service. Avoid Actbest.

E-bike looks good, but the performance is just ok. The tires are the worst. Thin, and blew up like a balloon. 😬😬😬

I really love my Actbest Ranger! It is a lot of fun and if you ride it thoughtfully you can get great workouts!

I purchased a e-bike from Actbest. My wife absolutely loves this bike. The size is perfect for her small frame! Everything about the bike is perfect. Even when we ran into a problem with the controller. Customer Service helped figure out the problem and instantly offered to send me another one. We will definitely be making another purchase when the time comes.
