Bought this bike for my daily commute to uni. It is just as reliable and fun as you can imagine. Pedal assist really helps and its design is futuristic. What I like about the most is that their customer service are responsive to emails so you feel that after service touch. I will recommend anyone to get their own e-bike from actbest.

Great bike, good quality and fair price. We had a scratch on the display possibly from shipping but they sent me a replacement with no hassle. Great purchase!

Love my Pedal-Assist bike! After spending a good bit of time researching, I settled on ordering an ebike from Actbest. Delivery was pretty quick, and when I had an issue with a missing item from my order, they replaced it. Assembly was a bit tricky, but it was ready to go before long. It's fun to ride, and I like that I can turn the pedal assist on or off, depending on my needs. Looking forward to many fun trail rides with my new bike!

I have purchased five ActBest bikes for my family. They are wonderful bikes - well-crafted and affordable. Unfortunately one arrived with a rear wheel that was damaged during shipping. Fortunately I had purchased insurance and reported the incident to customer service who assigned my case to Mia. Over the course of a few months, Mia was able to send me a replacement bike! Thank you to Mia and ActBest for their great customer service and terrific bikes!!

Great value production combination, and great customer service that helped me out after a electric malfunctioning.

Upon getting the e-bike, I noticed the front wheel axle was damaged. I called Actbest and spoke to Jean. The company then sent me an email on how to mount the front wheel axle I did not need that, I needed a replacement part. Jean then started screaning my calls and did not reply emails. She eventually picked up my call weeks later and offered to replace the bike but nothing happened. I am still with the bad bike that cannot be ridden. Jean is not very trustworthy. Dishonest.
