My kick stand broke and they were very responsive and helped me to get it replaced and the pice that broke when it fell. Great customer service and amazing bike!!

I’m not sure how they have such a high rating. We bought one of their bikes in may and it only lasted a couple hours. Reached out to them and they did reply fast. Asked for a detailed video of the controller and various parts of the bike. Once they got the video they said a reolooarr was on the way. That was in June…it’s now nearing October. The tracking number they sent us in non existent. Has been at the same location for 3 months and when fed ex was called I was told they have no such package. I’ve emailed this company several times and no answer. Tried calling but the number gives no option to leave a message. Just waiting now for my bank to reverse the charge.

My husband and I each ordered a bike and we just love them!! They were delivered on time and the instructions to put them together were very detailed so it was pretty easy. We did run into a couple problems, the kickstand on one of the bikes was broken and the company stated they would replace it. The other bike had an issue with the derailleur but we found that the shipping bar was causing the issue and that fixed the issue. Overall we have really enjoyed riding the bikes and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Thank you for helping me out and shipping me a replacement bike after my original bike had a hardware issue. Really appreciate the communication from support and sending me a replacement bike while the original was still under warranty.

This company is amazing. The quality of their products is exceptional, and customer service is consistently helpful and communicative. I would absolutely recommend shopping with them for anybody who wants a smooth, customer-oriented experience.

I purchased one of their ebikes on Amazon in June 2025, the bike works great, I did have a small problem with the bike when it arrived, and they were very helpful getting it fixed. Would highly recommend!
