ActbestbikeReviews of actbestbike.com

First thoughts. This is a great bike for a reasonable price. When I first found the Actbest Summit bike they were out of stock, after waiting several weeks they were available for pre-order so I ordered one. Assembly of the bike was relatively easy when following the instruction manual and assembly video. So far I have only take the bike on one ride but the suspension makes it quite a smooth ride. The only issue is there seems to be a rattle in the front end which I have yet to find but will continue trying to isolate it. Overall I would recommend Actbestbike and the Summit model!

Got the bike and assembled everything was ok till I tried the headlight the horn sounded and the horn button turned the light on. They sent new switch and headlight light assembly still did not fix the problem. The bike is noisy sounds like grinding in the rear wheel but it works except headlight and horn. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company!

I reported mi case 14 days ago, the customer support helped me to resolve the issues, and communicated with me. I truly appreciate it. It remains pending, let me know when the display is available, as it is out of stock.

This is my first E-Bike and I can say that it has been a great experience. The bike came quick after purchase and was very easy to put together. It lives up to every spec that the bike suggested when searching for the right bike. The customer support team has been very helpful as well. I couldnt recommend ActBest any more. If I buy another bike it will definitely be from here. 10/10 experience.

Love the bikes! Had an issue with one of the displays. Customer service got right back to me a shipped a new one. Top notch service!

I am very happy with my experience so far. The bike came very well packaged in the box and it was very simple to put together. My son loves the bike so far! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Got the bike in a couple days as promised. It was packaged very very well. Easy to remove from box and not much to assemble it as it was almost already assembled My only mission is the instructions were very limited and the video didn’t match the front tire instillation type. However I needed to take to bike shop so I could have some extra tubing out inside tires to prevent flats from goat heads we have in Arizona

Received the shipment of my bike very quick arrival. Was impressed how it was packaged. No problem with the bike upon setting it up. Didn’t receive the front frame, sent out an email and as of today the new one is in transit. Very quick response to my email. I have only been able to do a quick ride but look forward to riding it on the trails in Florida this winter. Love the back carry basket.
