BUYER BEWARE!
My brother's ebike has been down with a bad motor for more than a month and I'm still waiting on replacement part.
The controller on my Uncle's bike failed and he's been waiting just as long.
I feel responsible because I ordered both bikes for them.
Customer service said they will keep me posted when the part is back in stock but I was told that they have discontinued the Actbest Speedy which is the model of both bikes.
This is the second time I've had a issue with my brother's bike. The first time it was the controller and it was replaced promptly and I left a good review.
My uncle had his bike for about a month and his display failed (replaced)and now its the controller.
We have purchased 4 different bikes from this company and all of them had issues either with the controller, motor, or display.
2 of the 4 bikes purchased were replaced with brand new ones but these last 2 bikes we have been waiting on parts for almost 2 months and this is ridiculous. I will post updates in the future.

Actbest customer service was responsive…
Actbest customer service was responsive and super supportive. We ordered two bikes, Striker & Cozy, and my kids couldnt be happier. We had a cracked gear shifter that was damaged in shipping and Actbest replaced it right away without any hesitation.

Overall Good Value for the Build and Performance
The quality of the bike is very good (good / thoughtful design, good material construction and welds) and gives me confidence the bike will hold up under use for the long-term. Coming out of the box, the packaging was very compact and took some effort to separate the elements. Was some minor paint chipping, but was able to find a close match of fingernail polish to cover the chip. I did need to do some physical adjustment of the rear rack to make fit onto the bike frame, but was able to complete with a bit of effort. Despite these inconveniences, I am overall pleased with the bike as the core components went together and matched well (you will need to do adjustments on the brakes and derailer, but that is to be expected of a new bike, so be prepared or find a mechancically minded person to assist you). Once assembled, the bike showed good power response and performed well under various stress tests (acceleration from dead stop, with/without pedal assist), good braking (again once the cables are adjusted). Only watchout is the cable length after it exits from the frame: as shipped there was not enough slack to enable the handle to turn to the right more than about 15 degrees. I had to wiggle and pull to get some slack, so it seems fine now, but just be aware you will need to do this too in order to get full mobility out of the bike. In terms of customer service, I did contact them regarding some of these issues and they have been very response, a bit delayed, but I owe that to time zone differences primarily.
