Will not honor warranty, poor customer service

I purchased a Triker. It stopped working. It would not turn on and operate. I contacted customer service and after several phone calls, for an entire 24 hour period, the customer service number was busy, I received a poorly worded, hard to follow email on how to troubleshoot my problem. I traced the problem to either the wiring harness or the dashboard component. The dashboard component is out of stock. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. They have no idea when it might be available. On the third time, they said that they may have a small limited quantity available the first of next month. Instead of placing the part on backorder, I am expected to follow the website to see when the parts are available and place an order. They’re expecting me to pay for the part even though it should be covered under warranty. UPDATE: As you can see there was what appears to be the perfunctory oh we’re so sorry response but there’s really no offer of any workable solution. I’ve talked to them on the phone. I’ve sent them emails. I’ve talked with their customer service and again nothing no idea when they’re gonna get the parts, no solution other than it’s my problem and if I wanna keep chasing trying to find this component to see if it works, that’s on me. Completely unacceptable. Their response is laughable at best. I 100% do not recommend this company.

Dear Nancy, We are truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your Triker and our unsatisfactory warranty support. We deeply apologize for the constant busy service line, unclear troubleshooting email and the out-of-stock dashboard part that left your trike unusable. We fully understand how upsetting it is to bear extra costs for a defective component that should be covered under warranty, plus the hassle of repeatedly checking stock availability yourself without a formal backorder arrangement. We acknowledge our insufficient after-sales coordination and poor communication throughout your case, and we sincerely regret all the trouble we’ve brought you. Your feedback is valuable for us to optimize our warranty process and inventory management moving forward.
