We’ve purchased two bikes from Actbest and they are great for the price and for commuting around. The step-in commuter is easy to use and get used to. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but they’ve been great and while it may take a day or two for someone to get back to you with questions and issues - the service has always been outstanding and exceeded expectations for the price level.
