E' intervenuta direttamente la Direzione della ACME rimediando ampiamente, anche con un piccolo omaggio, al mancato riconoscimento della garanzia. Credo che l'iniziale comportamento scorretto sia da addebitare solo alla Sede Italiana della ACME o solo al Customercare che risponde ai Clienti Italiani. Sono contento per me perché mi hanno sostituito un prodotto che non funzionava più dopo meno di 4 mesi e sono contento per loro perché posso scrivere questo aggiornamento assolutamente positivo al mio precedente feedback molto negativo. Ero veramente molto contento del prodotto, almeno finchè ha funzionato, quindi ringrazio ACMEJOY per avermelo sostituito e per la grande serietà dimostrata. DISONESTI!!! Acquistato a caro prezzo prodotto scadente. Dopo 3 mesi non si caricava più la batteria ma non mi hanno riconosciuto la garanzia con una scusa: l'ho usato troppo!!! Visto che si trattava di un masturbatore e che ho 67 anni vi lascio immaginare!!! Anche ad una volta al giorno fanno 100 ricariche quando le batterie ricaricabili devono poter essere ricaricate almeno 500 volte (ma in genere sono 1.000) che fanno da 16 a 32 mesi di funzionamento. DISONESTI!!!
