Incredible company with excellent products and customer service. Would recommend for anybody looking to fulfill their sexual desires :)

This was a great experience with this company. They were super helpful with everything related getting me the product super quick, and accurately. The product has worked well since I got it. Super great.

Very good love

I was missing items I ordered when my package was delivered. I notified acmejoy that I was missing 2 of the 3 items I ordered and it seemed as if the package had been opened before I recieved it. Acmejoy has been great with responding to me and shipping me the items I was missing. Thank you for the great customer service. I'll definitely purchase more products from them in the future

I would like to thank AcmeJoy for the quick response. I am new to their product line and I am very satisfied with the quality of their toys. I needed a slight adjustment on my last purchase. Their product support was quick to reply, and took care of my problem immediately. I would like to thank AcmeJoy I am looking forward to being a long time customer. Sincerely

Communication was great and was very kind, understanding, and helpful. Their lube is great too, best of all the ones I've tried so far! The masturbator cup I got is nice, though it runs into some difficulty if you don't use it when you're fully hard, but I won't dock points for that since it's a fringe case Over all, I highly recommend this store! Their shipping is pretty quick too 💖

I had an issue with a charging cable. Annie was amazing in helping me get my problem resolved. The customer service provided was above and beyond expectations. I will definitely be using Acme Joy when shopping for adult toys in the future.

We had a mix up in addresses but it was handled and all is well. Thank you for the customer service.
