Ordered a mini pc. Problem with delivery and then the order got returned to seller. However, not a penny of refund received and customer service never replied.

J’ai acheté un ordinateur Acemagician le 13 août 2024, et après seulement 4 mois d’utilisation, il est tombé en panne (redémarrages intempestifs, refus de démarrer). J’ai contacté leur service après-vente, qui m’a demandé de retourner l’appareil en Allemagne pour un remplacement ou un remboursement. Le colis a été envoyé et livré à leur entrepôt (preuve de livraison fournie par La Poste). Depuis, c’est un cauchemar : Aucune réponse pendant des semaines, prétextant d’abord des vacances, Puis, ils m’ont dit qu’ils ne retrouvaient pas mon colis, J’ai dû demander une preuve de livraison officielle, qui prend 30 jours à obtenir, Une fois fournie, plus aucune réponse de leur part ! J’ai tenté plusieurs relances, déposé une réclamation auprès de PayPal (refusée pour délai dépassé) et signalé le litige au Centre Européen des Consommateurs. Malgré cela, l’entreprise ignore totalement ses obligations et ses clients. ⚠️ Marque à fuir absolument ! Ils vous laissent sans recours après achat, même sous garantie. Si vous achetez chez eux, sachez que vous prenez un énorme risque en cas de problème ! Et je ne suis pas le seul à priori. J'ai plusieurs contacts sur Dealabs qui vivent la meme chose que moi . FUYEZ

Finally found a place where Acemagic folks are interacting with customers! I purchased an ACEMAGIC ‎AX15 laptop direct from their website on Nov 25, 2024, and received it early December. When I opened the laptop around Jan 28 of this year, I noticed that the left side of the screen is dark and it's difficult to read. Something happened to the screen lighting. I usually use the laptop with an external monitor, it sits on my desk, and I don't carry it around. I did not have any accidents with it. It is possible that the screen issue started earlier and I did not notice it until recently. These things can happen, but the real issue is that I'm not getting a response from customer support. I went to their site around Jan 28 and sent them a couple of messages, hoping to open a ticket. No response. I thought that everyone might be off due to the Lunar New Year and waited a few days and sent another message. No response. Then yesterday (2/6) I found their customer service email and contacted them. No response so far. I guess that I'll continue to find sites like this awesome Trustpilot site and share my experience until they get back to me.

Nie wieder bei so einem Unternehmen Ich habe dort einen PC bestellt mit einer 3070 M Diese wurde mir ein Windows auch angezeigt Allerdings konnte ich den NVIDIA Kuder nicht installieren, wofür ich den PC eigentlich verwenden wollte Die Grafikkarte wurde von dem System nicht erkannt ich habe dann versucht, Windows neu, aufzuspielen und locker 32 Stunden Zeit damit verbracht, es irgendwie zum Laufen zu bekommen. Leider ohne Erfolg Somit möchte ich natürlich von meinem Widerruf Gebrauch machen Allerdings gestaltet sich das hier ein bisschen schwierig Auf dem PC ist eine Nummer hinterlegt, die nichts mit meinen Daten anfangen können schon mal ein minuspunkt. Der E-Mail-Kontakt ist auch fragwürdig Stellt man eine Support Frage antworten Sie immer nur sporal Morgens um eine gewisse Uhrzeit, dann wieder den ganzen Tag nicht Nachdem ich um eine Rücksendeetikett gebeten habe Habe ich erst am nächsten Tag eine E-Mail bekommen, ob meine Adresse denn richtig sei. Ich antwortete ja und bekomme dann erst einen Tag später die Nachricht, dass sie sich melden, sobald sie ein Rücksendeetikett erstellt haben und ich dann ein neues Produkt bekomme obwohl ich ausdrücklich gesagt habe, dass ich das Produkt nicht mehr möchte. Als ich dann den Kundenservice wieder angerufen habe, konnte der mich nicht zuordnen und mir auch nicht helfen Als ich dann eine weitere E-Mail heute verfasst habe, bekomme ich eine E-Mail, dass die jetzt im Urlaub sind und meine E-Mails nicht beantworten und das zwei Wochen. So ein Verein hab ich noch nie mein Leben gesehen also Finger weg von dem die Produkte sind einfach veraltet und funktionieren nicht mit Neuen Updates da wird irgendwas zusammengeschustert im Ausland und versucht, hier an den Mann zu bringen ohne ein vernünftigen Kunden Support nie wieder.

At first I was very pleased with my laptop but 6months later the screws are falling out and it is simply falling apart. I have contacted support mulitple times over the past 3months and I am either completely ignored or sent an automatic AI reply. If it was possible I would give 0 stars as the quality and now the support is incredibly disappointing for this day and age.

Mini PC NIC card failed in mid-Nov 2024 inside the 90 day warranty period. Somehow (as I cannot duplicate) I was able to speak with a customer support rep after being emailed a conf access number on 8 Nov. Rep said the driver needed to be updated. He promised to email a link for a download - which I never received. All subsequent attempts to contact the company since then have failed since the company does not respond to queries submitted via their support website template. By now the warranty period has expired but the company will not even respond to simple questions about workarounds such as using a USB stick for Wi-Fi or BT connections with peripherals. So caveat emptor is best applied to AceMagic and their products. My advice is NEVER purchase anything from them! Typical Chinese poor quality packaged and priced to lure customers looking for lower cost options. Stick with a name brand computer company first as you'll end up buying from them anyway after the AceMagic junk frustrates & fails you.

My husband bought me an AceMagic AX15 laptop directly from seller. I used it once and it will not work again. The boot menu doesn’t even work because I think it has Chinese spyware installed. It looks like a common problem.
