Ace HardwareReviews of acehardware.com

I was recently an employee for this family owned Ace Hardware store. I want the public and consumers to know that this is a wonderful family that owns this particular store as well as a (staff) work team. They strive to provide the best customer service. The staff and owners work hard weekly to stock excellent quality products. Shopping at AceHardware Crabapple is not only a great place to find your household and project needs but it is truly a wonderful shopping experience. The employees are very knowledgeable and very personable.

Local store is good, but ACEHARDWARE.COM is the worst site I've been on in at least a year, and their "Customer Service" line never picks up. I will not waste my time trying to order anything through them again.

This is the 2nd & last time I've been hustled with Ace coupons in Gloucester, MA. I will not spend another cent in that store. I received a $5 happy birthday coupon & used it for overpriced lightbulbs at $12.99 and a box of $3.99 staples that were recommended by a store employee for my staple gun. The staples did not fit & when I returned them I only received $2.82 return because I bought them at the same time. I should have known to have them rung up separately I guess. So really the $5 birthday coupon wasn't a real $5 gift. The rude woman at the register slammed some written page on the counter & told me to read it. It was an obnoxious encounter. I'll never go back.

Ace Hardware on Champlain, Clovis Ca, the best. They blow away Lowe's and Homedepot. Their light bulb selection is the best in the Valley. Only place you can see backyard water fountains on display. The manager Frank has hired and trained great people. They go out of their way to help you. They know their stock, where it is located and they carry both inexpensive and quality.

The Bullseye Power Nozzle was advertised $9.99 on its website but actually sale in stores for $11.99, or 20% more! ACE's explanation was that all its stores were independently owned. Nevertheless, if the advertising prices were not the actual sales prices, what was its purpose of advertising?

Very good store in Tempe, AZ! We live in California, but we shop at Ace Hardware in Tempe, AZ, where we have several rentals. I have found Ace Hardware to be very good. They almost always have what I need, and their employees are very helpful when I need help.

We love Ace Hardware. You can always count on them to have exactly what you need. My only minor complain is the location in Solvang, CA has a very difficult parking lot to access. Especially when there's a festival or some type of gathering. Otherwise, they are very helpful!

I went to the Ace Hardware in Encino and it was a nightmare. Drove by it 2 times because the parking lot is in a terrible location and then when I could finally check out, it took 10 minutes because the cashier kept being called away to help other employees. The staffing here needs some work as the cashier was the only one who seemed to be doing anything.
