They stole my money. I order 2 bags of fertilizer. They only delivered 1. They called me a liar when I called customer service. Told me both were delivered and provided no proof. I'm out 64 dollars for 15,000 sqft of fertalizer. I paid with paypal and they were no help. My dispute was instantly rejected. No proof of delivery. I think PayPal system decides based on how much they got in fees. The seller wins cause they sold a lot through PayPal generating more money for paypal. They have no interest in protecting the buyer from a malicious company full of liars ike ace hardware online. I filed an ftc complaint. When paypal does this to you. Please file one for yourself.

Had to order soil online in May,thought that would be in stock! Get the email it is there, take some kid minutes to find the back room. Then I say thank you, he says nothing. Granger store in In.

Ordered a patio set on the last day of a sale, was available online, 2 days later ordered was canceled and money was refunded. Called and ace said they ran out of stock, but online 2 days ago it was available????Called again and was told u can now pay full price and not willing to help. Seems crooked to me. Won’t buy anything online there again and I wouldn’t recommend it either.

These are such wonderful stores, helpful, prompt, great prices, great shipping or pickup. Thank you for everything!

Online buyer beware! Echoing other reviews on Trustpilot for Ace Hardware. I ordered items online with Ace Hardware on April 20th and received confirmation that my items were in store for collection on Monday April 27th. However I went into the store today, April 29th, and the store had no record of receiving my order and were not terribly helpful. Ace Hardware may blame this error on the current crisis, however this is the third order I have placed online with Ace Hardware (the previous two orders were last year, so way before this crisis) and Ace Hardware failed to deliver all 3 orders. As they are now 3 for 3 in order failures I will not be giving them another shot and will order elsewhere. All items are available from other stores, and paying a little extra (if needed) to ensure order completion and delivery will be worth it.

I only gave one star because there was no option for zero. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my order and cannot get through to anyone in customer service to help me. I contacted the local store and they say they have no idea what's going on. I am contacting my local news station to investigate. ACE HARDWARE ARE CROOKS!!!!!

Do not buy anything from Ace Hardware Manchester PA online. Ordered 2 items for delivery as had no way to pick up. One item received the other although they charged me for I never received and there is apparently no customer service as I never get a response from anyone! Buyer beware!!

Ace Vineland , NJ 535 N. East Avenue. The female employees at this store are violent and have no clue how to provide customer service. The manage, she was not wearing a visible name tag, was screaming at the stock boy. She then proceeded to SCREAM at two female customers. This lady followed the customers towards the door and continue to scream at them. Instead of speaking to the customers privately, she proceeded to act unprofessionally. Her assistant, was violent as well. This stores should be shut down as they have no idea how to behave and act correctly. Very unprofessional. Never shop at this place.
