Purchased an item online. It arrived open and parts missing from inside. I called 2 weeks ago and they said they will look into it and until now nothing. Calling customer service you just go on hold forever with no one answering the call. I say if you have not got what it takes to serve customers, don't offer the service.

Avoid Avoid Avoid their online site. I saw they had Bounty Paper Towels, the gold standard during Corona. I ordered and a message popped up at checkout stating that for 15.00 additional it would be delivered. There was an Ace Hardware store listed as the delivering party. Day of deliver came and went Nada. I called the store no answer. Called ACE 888 number on hold over an hour hung up. Emailed 11 times where is my order, no reply. Never got the order. Never got a response. However they did one thing right, they placed the charge through my card. A horrible user experience, don't waste your time.

I can’t say enough about an Ace Hardware Store in Delphos, Ohio. My father who recently was placed in a nursing home loves birds and he has a small tree right outside his window. I ordered a bird feeder online but it has been delayed due to the Coronavirus. I called this Ace store, they took my bird feeder order/payment over the phone & actually delivered to my dad the same day. Wow! Helpful, kind and accommodating are just a few words to describe the service the store provided me. It certainly mad his day! Thanks so much!!!

An ACE Hardware recently opened up near our home and I've gotta say that I'm impressed. As soon as you walk in, they ask you for help and will help you find what you need... They probably have the best customer service when compared to Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot, Dollar General, etc... In fact, I'll go out on a limb and say I've never seen such good customer service....hehe! The aisles are a little tight, but I'm amazed they their selection is pretty close to what I get at my local Lowe's store, despite them being 1/8 the size... Keep it up!

This Reviewis not in general,is specificaly in key area, I was there to get help with my 2011 Nissan Sentra remot control ,i replaced new battery and it was int working,so I asked the old men if is posible to fixe it,and he just said no..he said is necessary to replaced it for 129 dollars,so I’m doing this just to let the customers know that you guys has cheaper options I only navigate on YouTube and I found the solution the remote control just it was deprogramed.

I found a really good deal on a specific kind of glass, cylindrical vase online. I paid online and sent my husband to pick it up. Super easy to do and a great price. Liked it so much, that I tried to order another one, two weeks later. The site wouldn't let me order it. I called the store and Fernando, the manager, told me he remembered the order. Not only did he remember the vase, he actually remembered the item we bought at the same time. How could he possibly remember that? Anyway, he told me that he remembered seeing that he had one more of the vases, said he would put it aside for me and that I could have it for the same online price. Wow. I was so impressed. Shockingly great memory and great service.
