I was at the Ace Hardware in Wimberly, Texas, desperately looking for a part for a leaking pipe under the hand sink, I had taken the pipes and the part that I was lookin for, I came across Sam, The Store Manager, I explained the problem and he patiently listened and found what I was looking for and he even tried the new part on the pipe that I had to make sure that it fit. Sam exemplifies a great Manager. Congratulations and Thank-You Sam.

Bought a garden hose from local store, special order from Ace. Came with dry rot cracks. Talked to customer service trying to see if they had any in better condition but they said not our problem, you didn't buy it online. What!?! You are Ace customer service! They hung up on me.

Poor customer service. I ordered something for curbside pick-up on Wednesday night. I had not heard a peep about the order at 1pm Thursday so I thought I'd go into the store to find out what is going on. I did curbside so I wouldn't have to go in the store since they do not wear masks at all. Finding help was awful. Then I was told rather rudely that they had not processed my order. He went to the computer to print it out and confirmed that they did have the item and we walked to where it should have been only to find out they don't have it at all. I asked him to cancel my order and I was told he couldn't do it and the one person who could was not there today. I could come back tomorrow or I could see if I could figure it out online. Luckily I was able to cancel it. What really frustrates me is that they do a satisfaction survey right after you place the order. They need to ask you about it after it is filled, which would be never. My answers would have all been VERY different had I known what was to come. I won't be going back.

ACE Agassiz...if they acknowledge you as a customer at all, they´re not interested in helping you, and look pissed off if it appears you're not from town. Even if you do get someone to help you, they may not have a clue. Sad... The new interior of the shop is spacious and nice.

Went to my the local Lawrenceville Georgia store, for convenience, to make a purchase and found assorted Trump hats on sale. Guess I won't be going back to them again.

I needed to replace a tub spout with a diverter. Asked over the phone about replacing it. Answered a few questions. He told me what to get so I went up there. The spout cost all of $17 dollars. I took it home and literally changed out the spout in 10 minutes. One screw and an enclosed allen wrench was all I needed. He probaly saved me at least $100. Thank you
