This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever! ! ! My doctor sent in my prescription on Nov 4 today is Dec 10 and no one can tell me where my medicine is and when I will receive it. I've lost 15 lbs from the run around I've been getting AND STILL NO MEDICINE! ! ! Glad it's not heart medicine needed - I would be dead waiting on Accredo! Horrible company ! ! !

This company is terrible. Only giving one star because zero isn’t available. Customer service is awful. Spent 10 hours on the phone and got nothing done. Max frustration

What has gone right with this company? Exactly nothing. For over a year now, I have spent countless hours(I should send them a bill for stupidity) on the phone with them trying to get my prescription. I have recorded every conversation. They consistently lie about what they are going to do, and do not have one competent person working there. If it were not for my lack of choices, or anyone else's lack of choices, i am sure they would be closed. Stay away if you can unless you love dealing with people who have no clue what they are doing.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Please if you are on life saving medication do not use them. They take forever to fill the orders. they rarely call you when they say they will. This month The Dr. sent my monthly script on Monday. I have to call them everyday to get the status and they just say its being processed. well today is Tuesday (9 days have gone by). Still no medication. I'm currently on hold (20minutes so far) trying to find out why it's been so long. I keep missing dosages (chemo) but they don't seem to care. they just say we will call you back and never do.

If you have a choice go anywhere else, even if you have to switch insurance plans to do so. I was never told I had to switch to them until I was out of my specialty medication. My doctor sent them all my info immediately and I provided them with my insurance. Even after my insurance had paid the claim and was calling on my behalf they made excuse after excuse for why it isn’t shipping yet to me including that it was still pending insurance verification. So now I’m at their mercy and still have no clue when I’ll receive my medication.

This pharmacy is so slow at processing and the worst to deal with. I cannot believe how long and how many phone calls it takes to get a simple prescription. I dread dealing with them.

Accredo is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. Terrible communication between their departments, with us, doctors, etc. Every time I speak with someone, I'd get different answers and no one is ever actually able to help. It took 2 months to get a simple medication started! It has been the same issue with all other medications. I would avoid them like the plague if possible!

This online pharmacy needs to be shut down or sued into non-existentance. They constantly botch orders, lie and say medications are scheduled but then are never shipped, and require hours of transfers and holds to get their incompetence fixed. People's lives depend on these medications and this company is a total sh!t show. Their entire upper management should have criminal charges lodged against them
