This company deserves negative a negative score. Maybe its an effort to boost their bottom line, but they seem to do everything they can to delay prescriptions. Since they deal with life saving specialty medications this is especially abhorrent. I've had so many problems with this company, i couldn't begin to list them all. My understanding is they are now owned by Cigna. This surprises me as Cigna has been fairly decent to work with.
