My Overall Experience was Quite Good with Few Exceptions...
My overall experience was actually quite good. The exception was their system and what I mean by that is their information would become skewed and inaccurate every time there was a thunder storm. I had to make sure that they had my information accurate on the regular. The good: Customer service was very good if you got people who knew what they were doing with their job. Some didn't know or didn't care and sometimes I would just call back in hopes for a different person, which worked. Accredo Reps listened to my issues with delivery service that was not Accredo's fault. However, Accredo should know about the routes some delivery services take. It was such an issue that the service reps made a note on my profile for a specific delivery service. I did not have a problem since then (albeit still keeping tabs on accuracy of info). Orders: I learned I had to opt out of the text service for my prescriptions because the system would automatically choose the default delivery service which did not deliver to my area. I had to call every time to make sure the order was through the specified delivery service. Accredo is sadly no longer available for my prescripts. I appreciate they tried to call my doctor about the change, but could not reach him. I had to find that out through my medical insurance provider and made a plan from there. So, if anyone is having issues please be aware of three factors: Medical Insurance and you specific plan. Doctor communication failures. Digital data errors or failures. Yes, I know. Sometimes it really is just poor communication and behavior issues. Remember to deal with those carefully and tactfully as well. All the best!
