Why can’t I rate a zero or a negative. Such a terrible pharmacy that tells you something different from everyone you speak with. They should not be in business. Customer service rep had the nerve to say I don’t like your attitude.

This is truly the worst specialty pharmacy around. I've been using them for 3 refills and one is yet to go smoothly. They have numerous issues including the app doesn't update properly, false delivery dates are repeatedly given, billing is done prior to any medication being sent, no one at customer service speaks English clearly, and they are completely unreliable. I've had to reschedule multiple appointment in order to allow for medications to arrive late. Frequent computer generated calls are made with no one to speak to you when you answer. Just save yourself the headache, use Alliance instead.

RUN!! PLEASE REPORT THESE CRIMINALLY INCOMPETENTS TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES! Tennessee gov health program areas/health professional boards pharmacy This pathetic excuse for a pharmacy will lie to everyone in the medical industry to cover their incompetence! Report them to TN Pharmacy authorities! They are part of ExpressScripts, another trainwreck. Where to begin? they tied up my authorization so that I could not receive needed medication & put me at risk! Pointed fingers at everyone else, a hideous RX experience at best. RUN!!! too many Rx;s out there to waste time energy or money at this joint

If I could give Accredo “0” stars I would! This has been the worst pharmacy experience in my life. Here we are 2 weeks later and I STILL don’t have my meds. I have had to do ALL of the footwork as far as communication. My 1st attempt at communication was calling to check on the status. They said give us 2-3 days to process. 4 days later I called for a status, they said they were waiting to hear from my insurance. I called the insurance and while I was on the call with them, they called Accredo, gave Accredo all of the information. Accredo said give them 24 hrs and they will contact me with delivery instructions. 2 days later I called Accredo and was informed that they are waiting for pre-auth from the ins. I said we just did everything 2 days ago…why don’t you have it. Called the insurance again who confirmed Accredo has everything they need. Called Accredo back and they said the pre-auth is still being rejected. The dr office AND insurance company contacted Accredo to make sure they have everything. I received a call from the Insurance asking if I received my meds, no! I called Accredo this morning 1/17/2024 asking what is the hold up. The representative told me, they have everything and it will take another 24 hours before they can SET UP delivery. That didn’t sit right with me so I asked to speak with a pharmacist. The pharmacist checked her system and told me their still waiting for pre-auth!!! WHAT?!?! The other representative just told me you have everything. The pharmacist said no, it’s still being rejected. 2 mins later she says well I can see that the pre-auth has been received but now I don’t know why it’s still showing rejected! At this point, send me anxiety meds because I’m OVER IT! If you need specialty medication DO NOT use this pharmacy! You will be waiting/suffering for WEEKS. Research and ask your insurance for help! As of 11:58 1/17/24 I am still without my medication and have been on the phone with Accredo for 1hr 16mins.

Where to begin? They never answer their phone. They called my daughter (minor) for benefit information and requested her DOB, address, etc (which of course she would not give). They are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I've been waiting 1 1/2 months for something my Dr. office ordered (which normally takes < week!). I've spent all day on the phone w/insurance and they assured me this "pharmacy" is charging ME for something that is 100% covered and billed by the Dr. as a medical claim, NOT a pharmacy claim! But, it will take a miracle for me to reach anyone who can sort this out. It isn't complicated - just DO YOUR JOB.

Everyone I speak to is very friendly, sadly the friendliness does not make up for the damage. I have never had a more frustrating experience with a company. On top of the difficulty in getting my husbands medication, we owe a balance of $3800 for an order I would have NEVER made had I known what the outcome would be. To make it more insulting, we were able to purchase the same exact med Accredo charged $9000 for from Mark Cubans Cost Plus Pharmacy for $293 including shipping! My husband has had to go without his vital MS medication. The results of being without the medication are his doctors ordering more expensive testing to check for signs of relapse and progression. I have spent more hours on the phone than I can count and I rarely get the same responses. They always say they are taking or reading notes but I still have to go over the same information every single time. It makes me physically ill to know that the medical industry as a whole gets away with the things that they do and a very vulnerable population is left with little to no recourse. I will give them credit for being really nice and always acknowledging how frustrating my experience is, but the consequences of these experiences are my husbands health and my sanity, and thats not acceptable. Today is January 16th and this particular time I have been trying to get his prescription ordered since December 23rd. After several failed attempts, I was assured it would arrive today, but I just received a new notification saying it had just shipped. I can only assume since it just shipped we are most definitley not getting it again today.

Just got a bill from Accredo for Account balance $3,315.27 They were paid by ADAP for the first 3 months of meds, and I won't receive the other batch until April. So, it's January and I received a bill. I am lodging a formal complaint today, This is not the only issue. 2 months before they decide I can get the med and asking repeatedly for documentation that they had. I think one star is too much.

Incompetent, disorganized, rude, useless. Just one small example... A "team leader" from the resolution team said I can call her back. I asked for her extension, she said I don't need it, just ask for her. I call back, and they say they can't transfer me without an extension. They ask the same irrelevant questions like robots over and over and don't answer your direct questions. DO NOT USE!!!!
