Worst experience ever. A $6K medication (injectable) that was supposed to be kept on ice was shipped via UPS, using just a cardboard box and a Ziplock bag to protect the injection kit. No ice or ice pack whatsoever. In the box were 7 pages printed both sides with all types of information about their company in like probably 5 different languages, but what’s really important was missing…. THE PAMPHLET WITH THE DRUG INFORMATION WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Contacted them about both issues, placed me on hold for 56 minutes and never came back on the line, something done deliberately and with intent.

Script not ready . Missed my injection . Said it was not prior authorized even though doctor faxed papers 2 times . So now my migraines are coming bal. Delayed 3 weeks . No pharmacist will speak to you . Over 6 hours of my time on phone !

The absolute worst specialty pharmacy. 4 weeks ago, my script was transferred from Walmart to Accredo due to Walmart having trouble getting licensed in my state to ship. If you have the option to go elsewhere..do it. They've had my script, private insurance and club card info and my cost is around $5 for Tremfya which would lead anyone to believe that there shouldn't be a delay in shipping it, but everytime I call, I get someone who tells me it's with a pharmacist or someone else and that they're waiting for approval to ship. Last week the rep told me that I just needed to call the next day and set up shipment. I called today and now it's been "escalated" to their response team. I'm now 8 weeks+ behind on my dosage. I'm ready just to call it quits all together and start over later. What a joke. Do better Accredo.

Horrible experience with Accredo and Express Scripts. I went through a three-month back and forth with them regarding a prescription that I desperately needed. Lost paperwork, oh we need more paperwork, oh we lost that paperwork. I would calk every day to check status and got a different answer every single time. It was inly when I threatened legal recourse that I was transferred to a “specialist” who did little to resolve the issue. I finally became so exasperated I switched to a different specialty pharmacy (thankfully my insurance allowed it). As soon as I cancelled the script with Accredo, magically my prescription was ready to ship. Nope. I walked away bedore it got any worse. Evil company. How many people have to gey more sick or die before anyone pays attention?

I changed insurance provider to get away from Accredo. These people are horrible!!!!

The 1 star is for a manager I spoke to after calling 11 times who finally sent my meds. I have no choice but to use this pharmacy and it’s complete torture. This place has actually traumatized me. If I could afford it I’d get better insurance just to escape this terrible situation. The absolute worst company I’ve dealt with in my 39 years of life.

Absolute, most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My son is on specialty medication and due to our insurance we are forced to use Accredo. The teams at this pharmacy have no empathy and provide zero help. Pharmacists there are useless.

Accredo is hands down the worst medical group I have ever dealt with but unfortunately due to insurance reason I have had to deal with their incompetencies for years. Their lack of communication between me and my doctor, messing up my insurance, not shipping my meds on time, etc. I could go on and on. Thankful to be done with them and hope to never go back
