This company is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life, for almost a month i have been trying to get my speciality medicine and they give me a different story every time. They told me they have expedited it 3 times and still haven’t received it. I rely on this medication to not be in pain and tired of the run around. Your messing with my life and should not be in business what so ever. The people are incompetent and keep saying sorry and I see no results for when i chew them out. Because of my insurance company I am stuck using them but it’s unfair to treat there customers this way. I wish there was a way out because i do not want to use this damn company and the people don’t care at all.

This company should be investigated. I have been taking humira and enbrel for psoriasis for 20 years and I have never had such a terrible experience with a specialty pharmacy. It's like they've never dealt with specialty medications before. These are lifesaving medications for some people. Endless delays and excuses for why they can't get a shipment out. Their customer service reps are completely incompetent and unqualified. Cigna -- which now owns Acreedo and forces patients to use them -- will be sued for this disaster one day.

I hate this company, and hate is a strong word in my books.. I have a severe chronic health condition and I have to use this specialty pharmacy for my medication. They can never get it right I have to spend hours on the phone. It stresses me out and I end up getting sick. They are rude and don't care. It's very rare you get a kind person on the phone. Alot of the times they will hang up. If possible, don't use them. I really wish I didn't have to. I have other medications that I could save money with Accredo but to me it's not worth the pain I have to deal with each month, I rather pay the extra money to deal with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will jerk you around all day every day. You will never get your prescriptions. My wife has been suffering from Psoriasis for the last 6 months, and it's getting worse by the day. At least 3 days a week she is on the phone with them for over 2 hours. Every time, it's "We should have an answer for you tomorrow". Tomorrow never comes!

Negative 100 ...total run around and unprofessional customers service who do not say anything consistent...sorry Walgreens switched to them ...ugh

They may be the worst pharmacy that I have EVER dealt with. Trying to get medication for our daughter has been a nightmare. Companies like this are the reason that people lose trust in the insurance/medical system.

Absolute horrible nightmare to get prescription filled. Stay away if possible.

Add me to the list of reviewers that wish there was a Zero rating. I have been dealing with them for a month and have heard the same excuses as others and still dont have my chemo meds. I was told Medicare denied it, then on another call i was told we dont have your insurance info. I have given my insurance info 3 times to them. Each call has a new excuse and i'm told "we are verifying your information and someone will call you in 24 to 48 hours. So far i have NEVER been called and i still dont have my medications. I agree, is this a real pharmacy??
