I have trying to receive my Humira since the first week January. They keep dropping the ball. I’m out, my body is now going to be in bad shape, because of they are not efficient. There are too many other companies that can do better than this and have. I will changing companies.

What an incompetent agency. As a specialty pharmacy they are supposed to offer some "additional services to manage your specialty prescription". However, their only mission seems to be denying and delaying your Rx. I was directed to Accredo by my insurance, But then I found out that I could get this Rx at a regular retail pharmacy! Accredo said it would take TEN business days to verify insurance coverage. My local retail pharmacy verified it in less than a minute! And the price is the same. I stopped calling Accredo and no one has reached out to me. DO NOT use this mail order company. Use your regular pharmacy!

My experience is on par with the rest of the reviewers. In my case there was a significant amount of bungling while interacting with my doctor's office. 3 weeks after everything was finalized I am still waiting to receive my medication. One week of this was waiting for one of their pharmacists to call me and go over safety information. After I called several times a pharmacist finally got back to me and told me that the medication would ship out and I would have it the next day. I took the day off and waited because an adult signature was required so I called at 4:45pm when my medication didn't show up. I was told that the pharmacist had additional questions for my doctor and the medication was not shipped.

My daughter has been going back and forth with Accredo since January for her Humira and every time is a different answer. These people are incompetent and rude. They do not care that people need the medication. It’s sad that they are allow to be open. The last 3 calls was today 2/15/24. She call and was told that they needed confirmation from her doctor, her doctor call Accredo and was told that it was not needed. My daughter call them again and the lady was nasty to her and gave her another story she hung up on her. My daughter call them again and spoke to Norma, the lady didn’t know what to say. She told her that it was expedited and that she would get a call in 24-48 hours. My daughter told her that she had been told this since January. It’s the same no answers or solutions. I’m writing the review cause my daughter is giving up. This company is really hurting people and they just don’t care. They all have the same script on what to tell the patients. Are they waiting for someone to die? How can they be allowed to continue working and Cigna who bought them should be ashame.

This company is the worst company not even the doctors offices want to deal with the incompetence of the people you speak to. My son takes weekly injections and when he is out of medicine they do not give a crap if he has no meds left they just tell you that the pharmacy is still processing the request and then you have no meds for your kids. I have spoken to many supervisors who told me I was given false information by the people I previously spoke to in my frantic attempt to get my sons meds only to find out that he also was just lying to me just to appease me and get me off the phone. I find it amazing that a drug company whom makes millions of dollars a year does not grasp the knowledge that people need their medication and CANNOT miss a dose or it can possibly drive them out of remission. This is totally unacceptable and I agree with the other people in saying this company needs to be reviewed considering people’s lives are greatly affected by the competency of this company. Oh and most of all NEVER believe them when they say don’t worry mam we can overnight it you have nothing to worry about they will NOT overnight you your meds and if they do it’s not overnight.

I was helped by Marita whom gave me false information, why? Incompetent I guess. She told me I had been approved for a $6000 grant and when I asked how long that would last she put me on hold then for whatever reason I was talking with someone from a different company ?? After I figured out this person didn't have a ue why I was talking to her I called Acreddo back asked for Marita but she was on the line probably spewing more mis information. Its to bad when companies are all about saving money and hire Incompetent people and don't train properly! 🙃

One star is two more than Accredo deserves. They are inept, the CSRs don’t know what they’re doing and providing conflicting answers. They hide behind blaming other departments or other parts of their parent companies Express Scripts or Cigna. If your insurance allows, use ANY OFHER PHARMACY. My insurance gives me no choice but to use this failed company. They said they would get the medication resolved and ship it overnight. It arrived three days later. 🤣 🤦 This was after weeks of getting different answers and supervisors discovering new issues when the issue didn’t exist the day before.

This company is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. I am in the process of trying to change to a new one now. They regularly drop the ball and do not seem concerned when it happens. A pharmacy like this is supposed to provide a higher level of care, because of the special nature of drugs they provide (usually for chronic or complex conditions). To put a point on it, they don't care. You would do better finding a different specialty pharmacy for your needs.
