If I could give a rating of zero stars I would, or even a negative number. I've fought with them for over six weeks and well over a dozen phone calls just to get one prescription filled and actually delivered. I've been told six or more times that the problem has been resolved and that my prescription will ship tomorrow, yet nothing ever happens. Today was the last time I will call them as I'm way past fed up with this absolutely useless and incompetent company. Maybe my doctor can hook me up with free samples or something until we can find another pharmacy that's even slightly less incompetent and that might occasionally actually ship me some pills, but I'm not holding my breath. If your doctor says he's going to use this pharmacy, run away as fast as you can!! James Smith

Awful pharmacy. Constant delays, they did not call me when there was an issue so I had no idea what I needed to do to get my medication. It takes forever to get shipments, the phone line is always busy and the people who answer the phone will never give clear answers. If my work didn’t require I use them, I would never go to this pharmacy.

Worst company. Absolutely a joke. Run around. Never will fill or pay. Constant delay to postpone doing anything.

We were required to use Accredo and it has been awful. Can't get RX from them. Always blaming the doctors offices, even when the offices have the receipts of contact. An absolute joke. Over an month and no RX.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst specialty pharmacy to work with. My husband has been waiting on a script since January. (so going on 3 months) We have called multiple times, and we get the run around. I finally got a "leadership" person on the phone, and she was no help. She just kept repeating what I already knew over and over. I sat on hold for about 30 mins while they tried to "figure out" what was wrong and why the script has not been sent out. We still to this day do not have his Rx and we do not know what to do. This is the only specialty pharmacy my insurance will work with. A HORRIBLE company.

Nightmare company. insurance approved medication back in mid january. 2 and a half months later they still have no info on shipping out my script. They call me and then place me on hold for an hour. Last time I used Alliance RX for the same script I had it at my door in the some calendar month.

2/28/24: 9.5 hours of phone calls with Accredo since last Wednesday. Still no medication (just a simple refill). I have now missed 2 doses. They have messed up my billing for the last 3 months and 5 times in the last year. This prevents them from being able to process refills. I have now worked with 5 RTLs in Leadership. None has ever gotten back with me as promised. Something has gotten to happen with this company. Constantly screwing things up. Spend hours every month getting them to fix delivery and billing issues, and it is mostly the same issues every month...over and over and over again. Always bounced from one person to another...one department to another. A lot of pointing fingers to other departments or just flat out lying and saying everything is in order...when it isn't. Refills are frequently delayed. Problems only get resolved after I push. They take no initiative to fix problems. Horrible, mostly unfriendly, and incompetent associates. Promise to call back and never do. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not acceptable. Peoples lives are at risk.

Requested a refill and given a date one week from the call. The date arrives and no package. Called and had to go through the pre recorded steps multiple times before finally speaking to someone. Found ot that they didn't receive prior authorization from my doctor - I don't believe that - they couldn't give me any information about what number it was sent to - and they don't call patients to let them know that there is an issue filling the prescription. The last 2 months, they didn't run my supplemental coverage - the same coverage that has been on the account for about 10 years, and each time I have to call and spend 30 minutes on the phone with them explaining how to handle the bill. This time I asked to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold instead. I can't believe my company uses this service for specialty medications.
