I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Terrible is an understatement. There is absolutely no follow up. Ever. The lack of concern for patient care is astounding. I was late on every dose of medication, and it was always Accredo's fault. The saddest part is that so many insurance companies force you to use them for services. Because their service is cheap and it shows.

My insurance requires that I use accredo for my cancer medicine, and their billing department is the worst. I had to talk to 3 representatives, spend more than 1 hour on the phone got disconnected, put on hold and none of them was able to help. One of them Faith was really unfriendly. At the end, Cristel was able to help

This pharmacy is horrible. If you can avoid using this pharmacy you should. They can never get information right in the system it takes hours to get things corrected. I plan that if I have to call them to get scripts set up to take at least 4 hours a day for several days. Unfortunately I am forced to use them due to my insurance. I have been using them for 4 years now for my daughters biologic and they can never get it right. The co pay assistance program that we have set up is a non expiring program that restarts at the beginning of each year and even after spending several days and hours on the phone to confirm it is all set up they still didn’t manage to bill it correctly. I even had Accredo team members and the co pay assistance program on the line together for a conference call and they still managed to not get it right. Please tell me how that is even possible. Now I have to spend another god know how long on the phone to get this corrected. They are probably going to tell me that they can’t fix it for this time but will have it fixed for the next one and there is nothing they can do and I am going to have to figure out how to come up $5,000 for thier screw up. Which they have done to me before.

My insurance forced me to switch to Accredo for my biologic medication and it has been a NIGHTMARE. I have missed and delayed so many doses and had so many frustrating phone calls with these people, issues I never once had with my hospital’s outpatient pharmacy. It should be illegal for insurance companies to require use of pharmacies that they own! Especially when those pharmacies are incompetent and impact patients’ health.

This has to be the most incompetent company I ever dealt with! The billing department is a complete nightmare. No one can help you and you have to allow an hour+ every time you call. I have a book full of names, dates, & lengths of phone calls. I have talked with agents, supervisor's, billing supervisor's and I can't get anywhere with this company! Unfortunately my insurance requires me to use this pharmacy and it is literally the worst!

I have written to Accredo 12 times and have gotten no response. I am being billed for medication I am receiving (4 times and counting). There does not appear to have anyone smart enough to resolve problem. I wish I had another place to go.

All of a sudden I can't log onto the website, called twice and got lied to both times, the people who work there are rude and condescending. Going to see if I can switch my meds from this crappy place, Accredo should be put out of business.

I am also giving a 1 Star because you can’t give anything less. 5 and 1/2 years ago, I had a Liver Transplant. This requires taking an Anti-Rejection Drug. Today is January 23, 2025. I have been trying to get my Medication for 23 days and still haven’t received my Medication. I take my last dose tomorrow and after that, I will go into Rejection. They were filing My Claims the wrong way and I continuously got “Denials”. I was told that My Medication would be “Overnighted” to me. As of this date, the written prescription was still laying on Someone’s Desk. I explained the urgency of this Medication and it fell on Deaf Ears. I have never dealt with such totally inept, incompetent, and uncaring people in my Life! I had to contact My very busy Doctor on Six Different Occasions For Prior Authorizations! As of today, they say they still do not have it. After speaking with someone in Upper Management today, a Mr. Reid, he told me that he’d been doing his job a long time and he “knew what he was doing”. He then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and I didn’t know what I was doing. Believing that I would die without my Medication, I became overwhelmed and frustrated. This after all, was the 23rd day of trying! I would never recommend this Accredo Specialty Pharmacy to anyone! It is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will never go back!
