Worst specialty pharmacy ever! I’ve been trying to get a refill for the past two weeks, and just today, I was told I need prior authorization. Not one of their “agents” had said anything about an authorization being needed since I first called two weeks ago. Every phone call a different excuse was cited, and the agents clearly read from a script with their platitudes. I wish I could switch, but am tied to them with my insurance company. They clearly care nothing about patient’s health and wellness.

If I could give a negative review I would. They told me my medication would be delivered TODAY and didn’t call me until the day that the medication was going to be delivered that I might have to pay $6000 for the medication and couldn’t tell me what my insurance would cover until after billing. I talked to 4 people and was on the phone for over an hour and got ABSOLUTELY nowhere. HORRIBLE service as it seemed nobody could help me or knew what they were doing.

The WORST pharmacy company EVER. Every Single Time I've called them over the past two years there's been an issue. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They've caused me to miss NUMEROUS doses of medication. They canNOT get their act together. I can't believe I stayed with them for this long. Holy cow. WORST COMPANY.

Firstly it hard to reach an Associate or Representative to talk to. I had a call from Accredo this morning and when I returned their call it was the automated service and it repeated the same questions which I answered but still dropped my calls three times. I never spoke to anyone which led me to write this review. The automated person kept telling me to go on line which I do not do. Last week I placed my refill order for Humira and got a Representative who was totally uncooperative and inept. Her computer she said was slow and she was repetitive and said she could not indicate the time the delivery of my Humira would be made. I have been taking this medication for 10 years or more and never have I had difficulty to express a preference for the range of time of delivery. She tells me I have to set it up with FedEx. FedEx tell me the company sending the shipment needs to indicate the time preference and it should be written in the original order. Never have I encountered such an incompetent pharmacy. If I was not required to go through Accredo because of my plan with Silver Scripts I would not be with this terrible company. Silver Scripts for non specialty has been good but not Accredo. It is the worst of the worst. Irene D

I’m only giving one star because I can’t leave a no star review. I received an electronic phone call from them a when I talked to the agent. She had no idea why they called. After finally clearing that up for a new Rx. I asked to be transferred to a pharmacist so I knew when to administer the Rx. I waited over 20 minutes and hung up. Called again waited another 20 minutes and finally spoke to the pharmacist who gave me me the correct information. I confirmed this with my MD to be sure. Never worked such an incompetent company This not the first issue with this company

I am extremely disappointed with Accredo/Express Scripts/Cigna Insurance. I called 18 times regarding my daughter’s urgent medication, which is due on January 3rd. Each time, I spent hours explaining the situation to multiple representatives, only to be transferred to supervisors who made empty promises about delivering the medication on time. After every call, it felt like they completely forgot everything we discussed. There seems to be no proper monitoring or accountability in their system. As of now, I have yet to receive any resolution or even a follow-up. As a mother, I am deeply frustrated and heartbroken. My daughter’s medication is for a special treatment that cannot tolerate delays, and missing a dose could have serious consequences. I don’t know where to turn to file a formal complaint, but I am leaving this review in the hope that someone within the organization will finally take responsibility and address this negligence. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a complete disregard for patient care.

Like the other reviewers, if I could give negative stars, I would. Every month is a new issue, I spend hours of my time when I’m already chronically exhausted and in pain, begging for a resolution to things that shouldn’t be a problem. There is no one point of contact and escalation paths are basically just shuffling you sideways. This last month they forgot to let me know that a week earlier my insurance requested patient level authorization, which of course meant I was then scrambling around the holidays to try to manage their mistake. It’s a nightmare.
