Absolutely worst service ever! They have the sole market for certain medications and dont care to provide any customer service to patients or providers. They do not care at patients obtaining medications at all but they will sure take weeks to verify that insurance will pay them. Worst pharmacy ever!

Absolute WORST customer service out of EVERY pharmacy I’ve ever interacted with. They somehow made two completely different accounts under my name, so every time I’d speak to a customer service agent they’d give me completely different information every single time. I can’t tell you a time where I HAVEN’T had to call Customer Service +10 times to fully resolve a problem. Let alone go back and forth between calling them, and then hearing my doctors/insurance say they’ve heard nothing from Accredo, despite Accredo stating they’ve tried reaching out to them, to no avail. I just want my life-improving medication and it’s been over TWO months since my last dose. Clearly they do not care enough. Every time you call, don’t be afraid to ask for a supervisor to get the most up-to-date (and accurate) information.

I have had so many issues with this company. I was forced to switch to them a couple of years ago when I got a new employer who uses Medica for health insurance coverage and Medica doesn’t work with the previous specialty pharmacy that we went through for many years. The previous pharmacy was so easy to work with. They actually treated their customers like people, not just a number. The total opposite of Accredo. Every month there seems to be a problem, I am out on hold forever and it never fails that I am transferred to at least 2-3 different people. Now apparently the cancer drug that my daughter has been on for 6 years is on back order from the manufacturer and Accredo didn’t bother to inform me of that. I was under the assumption that it was being shipped, but when it didn’t show up for over a week, I called. Now she’s down to a couple days left and I currently have been on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes, with not even so much as the rep checking in to make sure I’m still here. I think it’s a showdown at this point as to who is going to hang up first and I’m not giving in! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Worst customer service. Every call takes about 45 min before someone answers and they blame doctor's office not sending prior approval even though my doctor's office faxed and called them. No accountability. I have been waiting fir over 45 days for OFEV. Still waiting

I would give a 00 if allowed. I have used Accredo for over 5 years for one medication only. Every 2 months they do not ship a monthly prescription and I am calling to understand why. This could not be more simple for them to complete and order and I will be contacting their ELT in corporate as I have had enough of the incompetency every 2 months for medication that i am due to take daily. They are putting my health at risk and several others and this could end up in a class action lawsuit

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Reps will not call you back, have no idea what they're doing, tell you a different thing everu single time you call them. I've been waiting to get on a new medication for 6 months and about 80% of the reason I can't get it is because they are incompetent and can't call me to tell me things. I've had a prior authorization lapse just because they wouldn't call me back and every time I called the rep had no idea what I was talking about. How hard is it to do your job so that other people don't have to take time away from their jobs for nothing.

Accredo + all other "specialty" pharmacies would do the world of the very sick so much more better if they came together to say something like "you know were not good For this at all because traditional pharmacies like Rite aid and Walgreens CVS who already positively fill millions of peoples prescriptions each month and leave them satisfied are already doing a great job so why would we accept the opportunity to interfere when it will harm the already very sick who really need the medicine we should not be handling? The only answer is money! and the facts are it's unethical! to be apart of helping people just for the money. Yea let's just leave it to them" Exactly! We The people, those who are caretakers and those who are very sick don't need you ridiculously unethical cabal acting disasters in our lives when other Do and Were Doing And Will do! A darn fine job of giving us what we need when we need it. Ta! ta!

I've been using Accredo since 2022 because my insurance requires it. I've never had any issues up until January 2025 when they decided to delay and stop my medication shipment. The staff are completely incompetent. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with them almost every single day for 2 weeks, and every single time an Accredo rep would tell me the issue was "resolved," but it sure wasn't. My insurance would do test claims that would go through every single time, so I'm not sure what Accredo's problem is except that the staff do not know what they're doing. I am sick and tired of them, but I have no other options. I hope there will be major crackdowns on insurance companies and pharmacies for the way rheu treat their clients. I did not risk my life working at a hospital during Covid-19 to warrant this kind of treatment. I have an autoimmune disorder and dealing with all of this has caused me so much stress and anxiety that I had to go and see a therapist today. When they asked me what was my major stressor today, I told them Accredo. If you have a choice - stay far away from Accredo.
