The worst!!! This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the horror of dealing with. My insurance increased my coverage and I was told to have them resubmit the claim. I have had to call OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Every time they don't remember what they said last time, didn't do it, cut off the call, start from scratch, and then are clueless and tell me to call back in 5 days to check if anything "went through." Of course, NOTHING EVER DOES. What the heck?! Meanwhile they are billing me over 2k in charges! I want to scream it is so frustrating.

The worst pharmacy. They can’t be bothered doing their jobs. You can tell by the reviews. Iris the lead manager rude and obnoxious.

Too bad there is not a zero star review option! Beware of this company! I have never in my life dealt with anything like this. They shipped a $3,159.80 Dupixent shot to my son which was completely unauthorized. After dozens of phone calls and over 50 hours wasted on the phone, getting the run around and getting hung up upon, I was instructed to return the unauthorized shipment. Accredo refused to credit us back as promised once they received it back. They admitted receipt only after I provided the UPS tracking number. We have had to retain an attorney to avoid being sent to a collection agency. My husband and I are both in the medical field and have never seen anything like this level of unprofessionalism. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

Freaking ridiculous month long process to order my medication that I've been on for years and without any change to my insurance. First they said I needed a new prescription, ok that's reasonable. Then I need a prior authorization for the drug that once again I've been on for years. That gets denied because they tell me I needed to try less expensive drugs first. I did that years ago until I found one that worked. So I appeal, which gets approved. Then they say my drug now exceeds my cost maximum and I need to appeal that. Ok I get that override. Finally I'm allowed to order, but wait now my total for one shot is over 8k suddenly. I explain I have co pay assistance and there is no way I can afford that. Well apparently they cant tell me what my cost will be until after they ship? So I have to take an 8k gamble! Or go without. Well I called co pay assistance and I'm assured I wont be charged the 8k. So in accredo's world your forced to buy from them because of your employer and you are not told how much it will cost, it might be 8k or $5. Oh and it's shipped so no returns, so if you can't afford it well don't worry we'll tank your credit and send it to collections. :) Edit: Just an update, I got charged $2,000 and they wiped out my HSA account. After another 30 or so phone calls the issue got resolved. But it will take 90 days for a refund. So guess I'm screwed paying for anything until then. Edit 2: Just got an email saying starting 8/1/2025 I'll need to show that I've completed step therapy in order to prove I've attempted to use less expensive medication. This will now be the 3rd time, I've proved that yes I indeed have tried less expensive medication. Personal note if anyone knows of a class action lawsuit against accredo I'd love to participate.

If I could give a zero score I would. They continuously charge my card without my consent for amounts of money I do not owe, which is always verified before my order ships. Then when the medication ships I then get charged the amount that is covered by a copay program, which they also confirm when I'm ordering my delivery. This is the second time this has happened and I have a bill for $2,385 when it is actually $0. They charged my card 1 day before my statement closes and I have been on the phone for 2+ hours trying to get this resolved. If I could stop taking this medication all together it would help save me the stress of dealing with their abysmal billing department, going back to being sick could honestly be worth it. P.S. I had them remove my credit card from their system and take me off the extended payment program so I could control when I make payments (when I actually owe them) and they still have me on the extended payment program and plan to charge me another $1200 the next 2 months. I also only ordered a month supply and they shipped me 90 day supply instead without my consent. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

I work for a gastroenterology office and I am a prior authorization specialist for biologic medications. Just in the last 2 weeks I have had 3 patients who have been waiting for over a month for their prescription. This is the absolute worst pharmacy that I have to deal with DAILY! I agree with my patients and the patients who have submitted reviews here, they should not be in business. Why does it take 5-8 days to process a prescription once it is received? That’s absurd and they are consistently putting my patients at risk, I’ve complained and they do nothing to try and fix the issue.

Incompetent, horrible, and a danger to the medical field. Don’t know what to do all my choices (3) for specialty pharmacies through my insurance Co are equally trash. I believe they all get some kind of incentive to constantly screw up and delay!!

They have done nothing but be a speedbump on the road to my personal health. My orthopedist was in contact with me nearly daily about an injection for my knee. They could never find resolution with Accredo. When I called, no representative seemed to know what was going on or why. Worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
