It has only been 1.5 years trying to get a resolution from Accredo. It is the most INCOMPETENT organization I have come across. The agents are not knowledgeable and they keep manufacturing stories. I have spent countless hours. My entire medical system including my doctor is tired of this company. It has been an exhausting experience. The only way is to change my medication (unfortunately to a lesser efficacy one) and hope Accredo is not involved. Such a shame. I regret the day I had to start dealing with Accredo. The management including Adam Kautzner is sleeping on the job. This company does not deserve to stay business. They are playing with people's lives.

I can't leave 0 so had to leave 1 . 2 months trying to fill a medication I had new insurance on February 1st called gave it also my Dr's. I can't tell you how many back and forth calls I've made .it's them NOT my insurance they have submitted it 10 times and can't seem to get it right. I'm on the phone with the insurance who informed me they keep submitting it wrong. I can tell you it's the worst specialty pharmacy I have dealt with. It is March 28 my insurance is now again stepped in to get them to do it right.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They have no idea what they are doing. Getting my refills is a full time job because the staff is clueless. When Express Scripts handed everything there was never any issue.

If I could give it zero stars I would. They keep telling me I have no prior authorization on file but there is a new one that is good for another year. I would get someone who sees the new authorization and they would tell me that they are going to ship the medication and then the next day I get a call that the insurance denied it because the PA expired. They have no clue what they’re doing and are messing with people’s necessary medication. Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence.

This company should not be allowed to operate in the healthcare space. Unlike any other pharmacy in the world, they take weeks to “process” a new prescription and patients are just left without medication for however long they feel like taking. If you try to call with problems or questions you spend hours on the phone being transferred around call centers and no one can actually help or do anything. I’ve had orders just not get sent and be told they have no idea why, and so I’ve missed several doses. My insurance company which owns this pharmacy (how is that legal?!) forces me to use them, but I would never ever choose to.

This company is absolutely disgusting four weeks in a row. I’ve been told my MS medication is getting shipped out and every week they tell me they’re trying to get payment from the insurance company when other agents said oh we’ve already received the payment. They are illegally double billing insurance companies. They’ve already been investigated for this and had lawsuits filed against them for this. They need to be shut down.

I wish they didn’t exist! It is exhausting to have to call a minimum of once a day sometimes up to three times and always have to be on the phone for over an hour for them to keep screwing up! Doctors office calls them and tells them they don’t need a PA because it’s supposed to be billed as a medical benefit yet they keep billing it wrong. All of them are just incompetent!

This pharmacy are hands down the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have screwed up everything possible and have never once gotten my medication to me on time. One can call them and be assured that everything is set and the medication is on the way, only to never receive it and them saying they have no record of the order. Then they find some other novel way to screw up. Abysmal, the one star is generous.
