Horrible company. Ever since I've requested pre-authorization for an expensive drug, Accredo has been hounding me multiple times weekly by phone about ordering the drug from them. Even though I've blocked their number on my phone, their robocall voicemails still come through. I'll never do business with them.

I have called 4 times after having a prescription submitted on 4/9 by my doctor, with insurance authorization on 4/11. I asked on my 3rd call to speak to a supervisor and was denied, but promised that the prescription was being escalated and to call back today. Today, I was told that it is in process and to call back Monday or Tuesday. I don't have any choice but to use this pharmacy. If I did have a choice, this would not be my first.

Can we give negative 5 stars? Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting 2 months for a med. They claim to have contacted me, that never happened. Through 5 different calls/chats, I get 5 different answers as to the status of my medication. Find an alternative - this place is horrendous.

Giving two stars instead of one because they have a decent app. I am forced by my insurance/PBM to use Accredo for my specialty medicine and it’s not a good experience. They told me it takes 5-8 days just to fill a prescription from the time they receive it. Also, I was due for refills and they did not contact me until it was too late to get the medicine filled in time for my next dose. This has happened more than once with them. When I spoke to them last week I said that this was all happening too late to get the medicine filled on time and then once they got the refill from my doctor, they said it would be 5-8 days(!) to fill it. I do not think PBMs should also be able to run pharmacies nor do I think we should be forced to use specific pharmacies by our insurance. It’s a very bad patient experience.

WELL, LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN A 0-STAR I WOULD HAVE. MY SONS SCRIPT WAS SENT IN ON MONDAY, AND I SPOKE WITH THEM AGAIN TODAY TO SET UP DELIVERY, AND I WAS TOLD MEDICATION IS NOT READY TO BE SHIPPED YET. STILL UNDER PHARMACY REVIEW. NOW IT IS FRIDAY!! ALL WEEK TO BE REVIEWED BY PHARMACIST??!~! I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 24HOURS. NOW ITS BEEN 120HOURS!! MY SONS CONDITION GETS BAD VERY FAST. I EXPLAINED MY SON CANNOT WALK DUE TO RAW SKIN AND BLEEDING OF HIS GENITALS. I AM SOOOO MAD AND DISAPPOINTED. THIS SO CALLED PHARMACY IS A SAD EXCUSE FOR A HEALTHCARE BUSINESS. I WISH MARVIN ZINDLER WAS STILL AROUND! HE WOULD HAVE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN!! BEWARE!

I've been waiting for meds that improves my mobility due to a horrible spine injury since March 🤦🏾♂️ I'm still waiting!! This business must be shut down asap!!!

If possible, switch from them and use another provider. This is a ghetto dumpster fire of an organization. The agents and the supervisors are dangerously and arrogantly sending wrong directives resulting in medication errors and compromised patient care and outcomes.

Horrible!! Zero, Negative 10 if I could rate them worse. Representatives are terrible! NEVER GET THE SAME PERSON, THEY DO NOT REVIEW NOTES. Late getting this medication every month! One month it is Co-Pay Assistance, the next the Prescription is not correct. This month it was a discussion of the manufacturer and whether my Co-Pay assistance covered a new manufacturer.
