Great pharmacy.
They have been my pharmacy for nine years. Medication always arrives on time and I've had the same nurse for all that time. Pharmacist has always been available when I had questions or concerns.

Sometimes things go smoothly, but with medications this important it’s actually terrifying when they do not. Every time I need a refill I have to call, as it won’t let me renew on the app. Every call takes at least 45 minutes. Sometimes they take upwards of two hours and require conference calling my insurance company and/or SavOnSP. I’ve been getting prescriptions through Accredo for about three years now, and I’ve only been able to renew a prescription on the app perhaps four or five times in total.

Prior authorization for my son's botox was approved on 3/17. Accredo called to authorize delivery on April 8th. While on the phone, they found a "problem" with the authorization saying it wasn't authorized. Well, why did you call me to authorize delivery? When I called back they said they could not find the authorization so I had Blue Cross/Blue Shield fax the authorization again. I then filed a complaint with State of Texas and BC/BS representative followed up again. They got another song and dance from ACCREDO that it was in process. Today I get confirmation that the medicine is being shipped three weeks after the appointment for injection was supposed to happen and seven weeks after authorization. I sure hope somebody gets a bonus for delaying the shipment of medicine because all my son gets out of this is contractures. I have no choice but to use them.

Accredo has repeatedly failed us. They lost critical medication and refused to send a replacement until the package was found. When it finally arrived, the ice packs were melted and the medicine was warm. Their pharmacist told me it was safe to use—without proof it stayed at the right temperature. This caused a six-day gap in my daughter’s treatment. No apology. No follow-up. They ship $35,000 medication without temperature tags and constantly mishandle billing codes. I have to monitor every step to prevent errors. Shipments near weekends or holidays are never adjusted. I was told insurance doesn’t allow early shipping—though the insurer is Express Scripts, under the same company, Cigna. That excuse has led to multiple gaps in care. I’ve called countless times, been passed between reps, and never get follow-up or resolution. How can they treat patients this way? Patients relying on life-sustaining meds deserve better.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They hold my daughter’s medicine and health hostage by refusing to send her medicine. I call, my hospital pharmacy calls. You can’t talk to the same person twice. You don’t even get an American speaker most of the time. They never know what the background of your case is. They are truly terrible and the fact that people’s health and lives are hinging on them is devastating and infuriating.

Absolutely terrible, they're very incompetent and have delayed numerous prescriptions of mine and failed to submit one properly to my insurance costing me $1,200 they refused to reimburse. Avoid at all costs

This used to be a good pharmacy. On hold right now more than 45 minutes to refill life critical medications. I had to go through their AI first which didn't understand anything I said without multiple repeats and I speak with standard Midwestern speech. God help any one old or not native to the US
