Had a $6000 credit limit. One day I noticed my credit limit had dropped to $1300. Reached out to Comentiy and they told me that 'a credit bureau' notified them that I had a big drop in my credit rating WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. Checked with 5 credit bureaus, including the big three, and there was never a drop of more than 3 points all year. They tell me there's nothing they can do about it and I should contact the credit bureaus. They won't even tell me which bureau "notified" them. I'm done with Comenity and BJ's as well.

20 years of on time payments with Victoria secret card. Thief stole card and used it, we reported it so comenity cancelled it instead of new card issuance. Now we are victimized twice.

The worst customer service ever. I have a 15k BJS Mastercard w them…. I pay my balance monthly. A fraudulent charge showed up. I called to dispute. They said that the dispute process is between me and the merchant. I replied that I am confident that the charge is bogus. They said, and now I’m speaking with a supervisor, that there’s nothing they can do. I canceled the card on the spot. My Bealls card is next and any other card that they control. Even PayPal takes bogus charges seriously and protects its customers. BYE BYE FOREVER COMENITY….. Thankfully I DO NOT NEED YOU.

Awful customer experience. I was told that I owed some amount and I authorized the customer rep to go ahead and make a payment. She said I was all set and a month later they charge $1 on my account and since I did not make any purchases, I did not log in to see my account balance. After 3 months, they send me a paper bill saying I owe $39. So, I call them and I explain them what happened and they ASSURED me that they would take the $39 charge off my account and I don’t owe them anything. I opened my account today to make sure and I see $7 charge on my account. If I had not seen that $7 charge they would have sent me another bill for $300 after 3 months. Even though I tried telling them this happened and it was their fault, they did not agree and asked me to pay. So, I authorized the rep to go ahead and make the payment for $7 and close the account. She made the payment $7.56 and when I asked her she said it is the interest on that $7. Like SERIOUSLY? I MADE HER MAKE A STATEMENT THAT I DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING ELSE. I'm hoping that is the case. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with such awful customer service and fraudulent charges anymore.

Poor Customer Service. Everyone was rude. You run into a brick wall every time. Considering dropping my card with them due to the horrible customer service. Please retrain your customer service staff.

Not even one star. Agents are clueless and useless. Similar to talking to a wall and all they do is blame the merchant when they’re the ones who need to do the fixing. I was charged a shipping fee for returning an order to an Ann Taylor Loft store. Never received a bill or an email about the charge. All of a sudden I’m 30 days past due with late fees and interest all for $8.95. My almost perfect credit score tanked because of them. I can’t believe a bank can do business this way in the middle of a pandemic. Never shopping through them again.

They financed my dental first account and gave me a $7000 limit which was favorable for my credit score. It was paid off approximately 1 year ago. Without any notice, they closed the account and my score dropped 7 points. I am very unsatisfied.

Balances over $800 inaccurate posting payments and having difficulty registering for site to correct. Representatives answering phones are not trained and very immature in resolving or respond to questions!!!!!
