We are very happy with our new umbrella ⛱️!

Waited longer than usual for a beach umbrella with a sand screw. Package finally arrived and the product was broken. The black plastic sand screw, which is riveted to the pole, had snapped off. Whomever packed the umbrella simply dropped the broken part in the box. The “packer” clearly knew the product was defective, but sent it out anyway. That says everything. Wasted my time and gas and drove to Home Depot the same day and returned it.

Excellent packaging! Easy assembly! No complaints!

Quality is terrible. Material is too thin. Torn beyond repair within 6 months. Company will not cover under warranty. Unable to leave a bad review on website. Bad reviews are blocked. Don't waste your money.

Love the design and how easy they are to operate. That said I bought two of the 9 x 12’ rectangular umbrellas and the fabric material did not hold up. After 15 months (in the Deep South) the material was faded and beginning to split and tear at connection points. Customer service quickly dismissed my complaint and tried to blame “external forces”. I guess sun and rain are external forces but thought a umbrella at this price should last more than 15 months. Will not purchase from this company again.

It was definitely hard to get the fabric onto the frame. It required a lot of patience and 2 strong people. Overall the shipping was fast and worth the buy

Revived out package early and it was in great shape! The canopy bed was actually better quality than I was expecting.. although tricky to put together!

Package came damaged and open so all the screws were lost in the process of delivery.
